Rishikesh, India’s spiritual haven on earth, is the magical city sitting on the blue banks of the holy River Ganges.

Months backs, I took a solo trip to Rishikesh. Though, it wasn’t all romantic at the start. I still remember being reluctant on the very night of my journey, dragging myself towards the bus station.

I was frightened of being alone. But however scary it was, you always have your own unique experience to cherish. The best part? You conquer your inner fears and insecurities travelling solo.

Hearing the sound of the gusty waves flowing and conquering the obstacles of the stones was magical and artistically subtle. It was a serene experience just sitting beside the ghat.

Also, the river kissing the rocks on their way with its sheer sense of intensity was a “high” in itself.

The river remains pure amid impurities around.

Breakaway the shackles of your mind

The mind always looks for ways to go back to its old ways. It seeks out on the issues to entangle itself with.

But being on the lap of the mighty Himalayas nothing remained. At that very moment, they all gave up and disappeared.

The mind’s big hefty world of thoughts just burst into the air.

Experience the diverse world
